The Jockey Club have 2 fantastic Sales Co-ordinator opportunities available within the Jockey Club North West Region; one role will be based at Aintree Racecourse and the other at Haydock Park Racecourse.
The successful candidates will provide effective administration for all client events and support the individual Racecourse and North West sales teams. They will be organised, able to work methodically, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage the sales co-ordination of Racing Hospitality bookings.
The individuals we are looking for will;
• have excellent communications skills
• be highly organised
• be able to work well in a team as well as on their own
• have proven experience of working in an administration role
• be happy to work in a fast moving environment
• have a flexible and adaptable approach
Travel within the North West Region may be required so it is essential that the successful candidates hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. These roles will also involve working some evenings and weekends to support racing, conferencing and events as and when required.
