This medium size Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint to this critical post a highly motivated and strategic thinking Regional Principal. Reporting to the Central Leadership Team, the Regional Principal is the leader of teaching and learning of schools within the East Anglia region, ensuring consistency in the delivery of the curriculum, working closely with each Head Teacher to ensure long term goals are met.
Key accountabilities include providing leadership in the development of modern learning in line with the Trust's annual plan, develops and uses management systems to support and enhance student learning, contribute to the setting and monitoring of budgets and supports each School in the management of Human Resources such as recruitment.
A key area is to undertake a national role in one of the following areas: Professional Learning & Development, e-learning or Data gathering/analysis & interpretation.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of five years' experience as a Principal/Head Teacher/Consultant within a Secondary School or equivalent and understands both the teaching curriculum and challenges within the classroom. You will hold an NPQH Qualification and can demonstrate continuous CPD progress. You will be an innovative thinker, who is experienced in strategic planning and can naturally develop strong relationships.
