Regional Operations Support Manager - International Chain Hotel - up to 45k - Field Based
We are currently short listing outstanding candidates on behalf of a vibrant, forward-thinking Hotel group, who have a strong presence both throughout the UK, and Internationally.
This is a unique opportunity, and we are able to consider Hotel GM’s or Operation Managers from a branded hotel background who are keen to progress their career to the next level.
As a Regional Operations Support Manager you will be overseeing sites from Limited Service Hotels and full Service Hotels.
With a natural confidence in this client facing role, you will need to be immaculately presented and really enjoy the buzz of the customer experience and its operations. You will also need to be accomplished in financial matters, reporting back to the Operations Manager regarding these on a regular basis.
We are looking for a strong leader; someone who is assiduously passionate about people, rooms and food service. You will need to have strong values when it comes to delivery and will most certainly need to be conscious of full attention to detail.
In summary, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Ability and interest in being hands on and visible in any hotel needed support situation
- A genuine interest in operations and Guest Comments
- Natural leadership
- A logical problem solver, to be able to think on your feet
- Strong on finance and report writing
- A team player with a genuine interest in developing others
- Experienced in working with multiple departments within a hotel
