Time Recruitment are assisting a specialist nurse led provider who specialise in providing care for those with complex needs by delivering clinical excellence, their facilities specifically cater to younger and older adults with complex needs. We are leading the search for a Regional Operations Manager to support 31 services across 4 regions.

The Regional Operations Manager role will be key to the success of the company's growth within the group, the Regional Operations Manager will be working closely with the Registered Managers to ensure they are supported and compliance is maintained at all times. Also to have excellent retention of the registered managers within the services, effective recruitment is key.
We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of two years' experience who is already working as an Operations Manager with an active NMC pin, who has proven track record of achieving financial targets, with a sound knowledge on Budgets. The Regional Operations Manager will also have excellent experience within quality assurance being able to support others to reach compliance targets.
This position is suitable for, Operations Manager or Regional Operations Manager.
