Regional Operations Manager - Learning difficulties and Mental Health

A well established Mental Health and Learning Difficulties support provider have an incredible opportunity for a Romford based Regional Operations Manager to head up our Regional Mental Health and LD Supported Living operations.

The region will cover our Romford and surrounding portfolio of supported living homes specialising in Mental Health, Learning difficulties and Autistic care.

The role

  • Working closely with Registered Managers to ensure quality CQC ratings are maintained
  • Managing a booming healthcare division set to grow dramatically over the next 12 months
  • Supervising the growth from around 100 service users to a projected 200+ within the next 12 months
  • Working closely with the property aquisitions team on new properties and care homes under offer
  • Line Managing several Registered and Deputy Manager (all with a minimum of 3+ years industry experience)
  • Facilitating tremendous growth whilst ensuring quality and standards re kept across the region
  • Working with the National Business Development team to identify and manage new growth
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Director as their senior figure for the south

Skills and Experience

  • Experience at Senior Management or Director level in a Mental health or Learning Difficulties service
  • Experience Managing a significant area/branch/business
  • Good experience working under CQC guidelines and ensuring quality throughout the service

The package

  • Pretty flexible depending on the candidate - circa £45,000 - 55,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Monday to Friday
  • 0900 - 1700
  • Full time, permanant contract
