My client is a leading family business in North West England & Wales specialising in Healthcare Recruitment and the provision of Complex Care, and is looking for someone like you.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experience Nurse to change career and to join the resourcing team based in Chester. You will support and assist in the recruitment and selection of nurses.
You will be required to travel across 5 other branches across Wales and North England.
In the role your main responsibilities will be to carry out all aspects of recruitment including advertising, searching for talent and interviewing nurses and care staff.
You will assess the skills and experience of applicants and make recommendations as to their suitability for nursing roles.
As a member of the management team you will report to the Operations Manager. The key activities of the role will include the day to day running of the recruitment hub including the management, leadership and development of a small team of 4 recruiters.
The salary is competitive and includes a car allowance, 33 days leave including bank holidays and company profit share.

• Experience of working within the healthcare environment is essential
