THE ROLE OF REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER:
Be responsible for the development of the Go to Market strategy and annual marketing plan for the UK market.
Manage key stakeholders, including sales, to define commercial objectives and specific marketing requirements.
Develop UK Go to Market strategy and associated multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads, opportunities and closed sales.
Work with the Digital, Event, Ops and Content centre of excellence to deliver best in class, fully optimised regional marketing campaigns.
In alignment with key stakeholders and the Events Lead, research and recommend appropriate Events to host and attend as a lead generation and brand awareness lever.
Develop ABM strategies to generate upside within existing accounts and digital marketing strategies for lead generation within appropriate market sectors.
Understanding of Performance channels to drive quality traffic (paid, earned, owned) and Marketing Qualified Leads.
Manage marketing budget, ensuring activity spend comes in on or under forecast.
Work with Content Leads to utilise content for campaign execution; driving awareness, thought leadership, interest, intent and lead generation.
Utilise existing data and execute a plan to generate net new names for campaign targeting.
Analyse marketing activity for your region and share a dashboard regularly to stakeholders on Marketing Performance.
Identify and execute key PR and advertising initiatives for the region that position MWR as thought -leaders within the industry.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE OF REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER:

Previous experience in a marketing generalist regional marketing role
Effective stakeholder engagement, specifically sales and marketing alignment
Create a strong regional marketing presence.
Understand latest marketing methodologies; specific experience in Events, Digital and ABM.
