My client is Europe’s fastest growing, premium kitchen showroom business entering into a period of exciting growth, they are now looking to hire a further talented regional manager to meet expansion targets.
With over 30 showrooms across the country, a support centre filled with experts in their areas and a distribution centre run by the best in the business, they know that their teams are the foundation of their success. A further 50 showrooms are to be opened by December 2021 with a goal of 250 showrooms by 2024.
They are now looking for an experienced regional manager, who shares our passion for beautiful design and outstanding service, who has the skillset and kitchen showroom experience to support these exciting growth plans.
Your Skills & Unique Attributes
Already a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Manager within a kitchen showroom environment. You will take both strategic and operational responsibilities. Your primary task will be to improve performance and continuously develop world class service and standards through your team of high engaged store managers. You already have a history of developing and implementing strategic priorities, taking your team with you as you drive the business forward. You will be a pro-active and innovative person who has a proven track-record of exceeding your targets through coaching and developing your store manager’s, excellent strategic, financial and operational focus.
Responsibilities of the role
You will primarily be responsible for the financial success across stores in your region, key trade priorities and the effective coaching and development of store management teams.
The role will include:
• Improving sales growth across your stores through consistent execution of the customer plan.
• Improve profitability across stores through effective cost control.
• Improve store standards through consistent execution of key priorities.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to your stores.
• Coaching and developing store management teams.
• Ensuring your stores have correct, skilled resource to meet operational and customer needs.
