Regional Manager
We are recruiting for a Reginal Manager in the Midlands area. Our Client is a well-established retailer in the fashion industry.
Role of a Regional Manager:
• To manage and support stores in your region
• To achieve company objectives and working closely with your store managers
• Having a customer focus at the forefront to assist maximise sales and profit
• Have minimum 2 years' experience in a fashion environment
• Support Store Managers with any Disciplinaries, Dismissals or store team conflicts
• Development of staff
• Setting Business objectives, budgets, and sales plans
As a Regional Manager you will need to have/be:
• Experience as a Regional Manager
• Strong People Management Focus
• Be highly commercial
• Be able to demonstrate and showcase previous success
• Flexible and adaptable to needs of the business
Details:
• Salary: £40,000 - £48,000
• Location: Midlands
• Duration: Permanent
