Working for the country's market leading catering services provider, specialising in catering, support services, leisure & retail in the education sector. They have earned their phenomenal reputation from working for 30 years in this sector and being passionate about the key part that nutrition plays in health and enabling effective learning & development. They currently have a rare opportunity to join their organisation as Regional Manager in Bedfordshire - covering 15 accounts locally.
As this company are part of a wider corporate group, they offer unrivalled training and development which will ultimately support your professional growth & career progression. To be considered for a contender for this Regional Manager opportunity, you must have experience in a leadership role with in the contract catering industry. You will preferably have experience in both B&I and education sectors. The Regional Manager will have exceptional stakeholder management, communication skills, leadership capability and ability in effective diary management. As Regional Manager you will have 15 direct reports. You will manage contract values of circa £15m. You will operate with integrity & have a proven track record of contract delivery. You will manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance in all aspects of delivery. Responsible for reviewing business performance and ensuring delivery of key fiscal targets.
