Region covering South West of England -Oxford, Gloucester, Swindon, Bristol, Newport, Swansea, Exeter, Plymouth

Home Based

Salary up to £55,000 + car, bonus, 25days holiday, pension, flexible benefits & staff discounts

We are looking for a Regional Manager who can develop and implement business strategy to achieve organisational goals in a fast paced, competitive trade and retail environment. We are Dulux Decorator Centres part of AkzoNobel and home to well-known top brands including Dulux, Armstead, Cuprinol, Polycell and Sikkens. As Regional Manager you have line management responsibility for 21 Dulux Decorator Centres.. You will proactively drive and lead performance across the stores within your region as well as inspiring and ensuring your people are focused on delivering our Passionate Expertise concept. You will use your engagement and motivational skills to deliver world class business performance by achieving market share targets, GIV and margin, optimising OWC and costs to achieve bottom line profit business goals. You will actively build relationships with key colleagues as well as leading the development of a collaborative interdependent culture, setting world class customer service standards and delivering operational excellence every day.

Much of your success will depend on your ability to obtain exceptional performance through others, but that’s just one of your great strengths. Your experience shows you know how to develop and inspire excellence, nurture continuous learning, co-operation and the determination to exceed customer expectations. You will also have a solid understanding of how to develop and drive a regional business planand have a proven track record of focussing on profit growth. In addition, you will preferably, have an extensive background in operational management within either, a trade merchant or retail organisation; ideally in a relevant sector, as well as the skills to analyse and manage financial performance and deliver sales growth.
