Regional Manager Children's Services

ENS Recruitment is working with a large Healthcare provider and is looking to recruit a Regional Manager to oversee their Children's Services in the East of England region.

Main requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • 2 years previous experience in Managing a Service regulated by Ofsted or CQC
  • Experience in managing and supporting the development of the support staff
  • Flexibility around the working hours as you will be expected to be part of the On Call rota
  • Experience in working with children with emotional and behavioural disorders is desirable, however, if you have transferable skills, your application will be considered.

Please note this role requires you to travel so you will need to be a driver.
