This is an exciting regional management opportunity with a major International healthcare organisation. You will be at a stage in your career where you are keen to take on a really interesting, senior opportunity where you can use your effective people management skills to motivate, coach and mentor staff. You will have strong leadership skills and experience of managing and pushing forward cultural change as well as managing performance. You will be a strategic thinker with experience of developing and implementing business growth opportunities. You will understand the importance of quality, risk and governance and create positive relationships with CQC management as well as other important stakeholders including GP's and Clinical Commissioning groups.

You will be a confident, deadline focused, robust manager, capable of managing clinical and non-clinical staff in a very busy fast paced environment.

The ideal experience would be private/commercial healthcare, or a combination of healthcare and commerce, but my client would be very keen to look at your CV if you have management experience of a multi-site operation in any industry but particularly retail, recruitment or healthcare.

You will be covering the London and Essex region which will involve travel within the area as well as attending meetings in London so flexibility is also important. You will need to be a driver and have access to a car mileage will be paid for travel around the region and for rail fares to London.
