Our Lettings Service is part of the Customer Services Directorate and is responsible for delivering an allocations and lettings service which meets high levels of performance outcomes, minimising void loss and gives a great customer experience.
So far we have defined what we will and will not do in our role as landlord, created three regions, moved to a patchless model for tenancy services and lettings and are now in the process of creating teams of experts rather than asking colleagues to be 'jacks of all trades and masters of none'. A focussed, "expert" Lettings Service is crucial to our vision. To ensure we deliver what we say we will and to help drive where we go next, we are looking for a dynamic and inspiring leader to job share with our current post holder.
As Regional Lettings Services Manager, working closely with your job share partner, you will report to the Head of Lettings Services and will lead and be accountable for the regional team delivering identified allocation and lettings services to general Need's customers; ensuring high levels of performance as well as services that are compliant, efficient, consistent in approach, cost effective and in the best interest of both customers and the business. To be a good fit to this role it is essential that you have experience of allocations and letting process.
Regional Lettings Services Manager (RLSM) Midlands Region - Job Share 2.5 days (Wed, Thurs, Fri)
(Please note, the successful applicant will need to be able to work from our Coventry and Stratford upon Avon offices as required)
