A long term opportunity offering both stability and growth prospects to a field based sales executive with experience selling branded lines into the licensed trade ( On Trade) across the Northern Home Counties and Anglia. Your prospective employer is a substantial, long established privately owned drinks manufacturer with a strong growth record and a national on trade field sales operation. This is a forward looking business currently making significant investment in systems and infrastructure, and with a strong category position.
The Regional Key Account Manager takes direct responsibility for sales to key regional on trade operators ( retail and wholesale) whilst also providing regional activation for National Account activities. To qualify for consideration the following key requirements are essential:
- Significant experience of selling into the On Trade in the Northern Home Counties and/or Anglia region, or possibly working in a commercial management role within a multiple outlet operator.
- Evidence of good commercial understanding and delivery of contemporary drinks marketing and sales techniques eg category approach; strong customer service ethic; record of new business achievement
- Must live within the Northern Home Counties/Anglia region and have a current driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
There are clear avenues for future personal growth within this expanding business. Immediate benefits will include base salary in a range £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience), annual bonus ( KPI related), company car or car allowance option, 25 days paid holiday ( plus bank holidays), private health insurance.
