We are currently searching for a Regional Installation Manager to join the Heras family you will be working out of our Doncaster office and covering off the North of England as a territory.

We offer entire end to end perimeter protection solutions for permanent and mobile fencing. We manufacture everything onsite to specification. Our permanent fencing can be found on the perimeter of large corporations whilst mobile fencing is used at festivals and gigs. We are a market leader with major ambitions for the UK market place.

Regional Sales Manager Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, Regional Installation Manager to work on the permanent perimeter protection side who has extensive experience in managing teams. Your role will be to drive a team of project managers, several admin teams as well as the installation team. You will be reporting on all activity and ensuring that these teams are communicating effectively and collaborating to gain the best results.

You will have a proven track record working within the construction industry, perimeter protection or a field-based service engineering industry, as a key account contact, managing a portfolio of diverse contract projects. Excellent relationship building skills will be key to this role as you will be dealing regularly with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that service and delivery is up to standard, providing effective solutions where required. You will be based between the office and out in the territory, providing guidance to the team, monitoring standards for our clients and carrying out inspections at customer sites to advise pre tender calculations.

About you!

Essential:

  • Prior experience in managing installation teams

  • Extensive management experience of large teams

  • Good commercial knowledge and financial understanding

  • Extremely analytical

  • Previously worked with multiple workflows concurrently whilst maintaining standards

  • Good verbal and written communicator

  • Providing support, advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders

  • Constructively and logically resolving situations

  • CSCS Card and SMSTS card

Desirable:

  • Good knowledge of perimeter protection products

  • Prince 2
