The Regional HR Advisor is responsible for supporting around 500 employee's across 6 locations in the UK covering from Warwickshire to Brighton and everything in between.
The Regional HR Advisor will actively support the delivery of the strategic people plan by working in to develop and implement professional commercially driven people initiatives and programmes which meet business requirements. In additional support with all cyclical HR activity.
The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience with a specific focus on ER. The successful candidate must have detailed knowledge of HR practices and procedures and will feel very comfortable independently managing HR casework. Multi-site experience is preffered and TUPE knowledge is essential.
This role has the potential to grow into more of a Junior HRBP role in the near future.
An opportunity to work independently and autonomously within the Financial Services sector with a potential of moving into a HRBP role in the future.
