We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to undertake a 12 month assignment for our client based across a number of locations in Norfolk. Working as the Regional HR Advisor, this role will provide a first class HR advisory and support service to the senior leadership team and managers across a full HR generalist remit. This is an exciting role where every day will bring new challenges and opportunities. In order to succeed, you will need to be proactive, skilled managing HR casework, and have experience of working in complex, unionised environments.
To be considered for this position, you will be CIPD Level 7 qualified with evidence of working within an HR generalist role. However, consideration will be given to applicants with the Level 5 qualification who demonstrate considerable generalist experience. You will have a strong commitment to service delivery and the promotion of service excellence as well as the ability to build excellent working relationships.
