Our client, a leading provider of hospitality services across Liverpool, Wirral and Chester, is currently seeking a Regional Sales Executive to develop business across their portfolio, focusing on accommodation sales. They are looking for someone with a pro-active attitude to sales, not afraid to knock on doors, network and develop relationships with key clients to bring volume business across the estate.

The person
The ideal candidate would be currently a Sales Executive/New Business Development Executive that comes from a proactive, target driven background, who is commercially focused with B2B sales experience and/or experience within the hospitality sector. You will be comfortable in networking, identifying and engaging with key potential clients. You must also be a target driven and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Main Responsibilities

* To develop and lead future accommodation sales opportunities as well as managing retention of existing business
* To network across the region, identifying and engaging with key potential clients
* To close sales of volume accommodation business with key stakeholder and partner clients
* To facilitate sales, client and contractual relationships ensuring that customers see themselves as true partners in our business
* Execute business tactics identified in company marketing plan
* Maintains a strong relationship with client during coordination, execution and evaluation stages of services.
* To review business performance and ensure the delivery of key financial targets
* To demonstrate full alignment to our visions and values by doing the right things and celebrating success
* Implementing and adhering to performance standards

Essential skills/experience:

* Extensive experience in a demanding hospitality environment
* Proactive Sales background
* History of winning business from competitors
* Target Driven - must be able to demonstrate previous success
* Strong background in B2C and B2B sales
* Creative and innovative in thinking and approach
* Computer literate and general office skills
* Passionate and well organised, with strong customer relations experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues
* Comfortable presenting at board level

Hours of Work

* Full time - flexibility in working hours will be required to accommodate job requirements

Other Information

* Role will be focused on Accommodation sales as opposed to Food and Beverage Sales
* As this will be primarily a field sales role, a full driving licence and own transport is required
* 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

£35,000 - £40,000 plus strong bonus
