3R Consulting are recruiting a Regional Healthcare Manager responsible for a group of pharmacies across the South West of England.
You will lead the Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists & Relief Pharmacists to deliver planned profit and services whilst ensuring all legal, professional and ethical requirements are met. You will build relationships with local commissioners and professional bodies and raise brand credibility. You will offer professional advice, coaching/training and support where required and work with the Healthservices Team to develop strategy/regional plans to maximise local service opportunities and profitability
You will ensure compliance with the company standard operating procedures, ensure pharmacy audits are completed, investigate complaints/dispensing errors and ensure the pharmacies meet all requirements for the NHS pharmacy contract. You will conduct PDR appraisals and regularly review performance against business objectives. You will assist with recruitment, rotas and team development and take reasonable care of health & safety matters and attend any relevant training.
You will have retail management with a strong knowledge of pharmacy operations or be an Area Pharmacy Manager looking to progress. Knowledge of NHS structures and local commissioning stakeholders with post qualification experience of field management experience, strong communication and influencing skills, planning & orgnaising and a full driving licence.
