Are you passionate about home care for elderly and vulnerable adults?Do you have what it takes to train and mentor carers in the training room giving them the skills to be quality carers?Are you ready for your next role based within the Cheshire & Staffordshire area?You will be a qualified trainer, with experience in domiciliary or care environment, and willing to move between branches to deliver the Company's training and development plan, as well as taking responsibility for your own personal development.Working as a trainer in our branches, you will carry out training/development needs analysis in line with statutory and legislative requirements/standards and provide support and encouragement to all trainees during the training/development period. The role will also involve ensuring that all administration associated with the training division is kept up to date.To succeed in the role you will need to have: Experience of training & coachingPTLLS or Trainer qualifiedExperience and knowledge within the Health & Social Care industry, and Care Standards. Bags of empathy, energy, and personality. Solid knowledge of NVQ's level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care Any knowledge of Professional and Practice Development Facilitation.
