If so, DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you. We're looking for a top notch Regional General Manager to run the distribution Centres at Lutterworth, Allington (Kent) and Bury (Greater Manchester)

Lead site managers within their cluster, promoting and ensuring safe, efficient and profitable sites for the organization and the customer(s). Establish annual and multi-year priorities and growth targets for each site. Balance multiple site and customer requirements.
Lead the customer relationship through close daily contact, taking the pulse of the relationship and making sure that heartbeat is strong
Be held accountable for your site's P&L - a direct result of the customer relationships you have
Lead managers who are well-trained, motivated, and ready to support your direction
Set the tone for your leadership team and everyone on the floor
Your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles
Build a team that supports your passion for an outstanding operation

Lead by example
Capability of planning, defining and deploying strategic plans
Ability to lead change initiatives
Experience in running several sites
Experience with running operations in different sector, is an advantage
Ability to drive Standards within the operations
Ability to influence
Communication and presentation skills (all level within the organization)
Experience in managing several reporting layers below
Building and maintaining customer relationship
Strong Commercial Acumen
Able to manage others to get things done without direct supervision
Project management skills
Sound understanding and experience of operational processes
Good balance of Results oriented and respectful leadership approach.
