The Regional Director will be responsible for managing the performance of a number of multi-million pound, complex and multifunctional employability contracts across the North of England, managing both Reed in Partnership delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure that a consistent and high quality service is provided to all participants. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of multi-site operational management and will report to the Board-level Director of Operations. The Regional Director will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve exceptional performance, upholding ethical standards, and ensuring that company values are understood and embraced.
The Regional Director will play a pivotal role in the implementation of new contract wins, ensuring our services deliver high performing, quality and cost effective services from Day 1.
