An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Coordinator to join our clients Health Team on the National Diabetes Prevention Programme, located in Northumberland.

Essentially you will be planning the day-to-day delivery of Health contracts in a particular contract area; affective scheduling of Educator resource and organisation of logistics to allow the highest quality delivery of Health programmes in each contract area and working closely with the Regional Manager and our Contact Centre to ensure seamless customer experience and most efficient use of resources

Duties will include:
  • Sourcing of appropriate local venues, including appropriate checks, documentation and liaison as required.
  • Implementation of referral protocols with referral partners.
  • Local marketing activity as required.
  • Arrange logistics, including facilities, workforce and IT, for the delivery of Health programmes in a defined geographical area.
  • Planning and scheduling of an appropriate mix of sessions to meet delivery targets.
  • Schedule participants appropriately into sessions.

    About you:

    You must have the following skills and experience:

    Delivered customer service excellence and high performance in past and current roles.

    Experience of supporting and delivering programmes.

    Experience of working proactively with teams, preferably Educators and/or Health Coaches.

    Team organisation and scheduling experience.

    Experience of successfully influencing and engaging with stakeholders.

    Exceptional interpersonal skills.

    Proactive team player.

    Strong influencing and relationship management skills.

    Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

    Excellent level of literacy and numeracy.

    Excellent planning and organisational skills.

    Good IT Skills, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

    Ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities without compromising on the quality of delivery.

    Able to work flexibly and under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Able to work and travel across different areas as required.

    Capable self-starter, and also a good team player, enthusiastic and innovative.

    Excellent attention to detail.

    Additional information:
