Regional Community Fundraising Manager
This role provides a wonderful opportunity for an individual to take on the overall responsibility for the strategic performance, management, delivery and development of the Community Fundraising activities in the North West. As Community Fundraising Manager you will work collaboratively across departments and directorates at all levels to maximise Community Fundraising opportunities and to ensure a framework for excellent customer care. Working to deliver and monitor an agreed annual budget, you will also have the remote management accountability of a team of passionate and dedicated fundraisers.
To be considered for this role you will ideally come from a fundraising background and will have a diverse range of income generation experience, however the role is also open to someone looking to make the move from the corporate world into fundraising management. You must have strong experience of managing, monitoring and developing budgets and an ability to manage competing priorities and deliver multiple concurrent activities. Most importantly you should be a strong leader, easily able to influence and motivate others and keen to take on the challenge of managing both employees and volunteers.
Initially on a 3 month contract, this role provides a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in a short period of time leading a hugely successful fundraising team. With the option for some home working, the role will cover the North West region and will require you to have a presence in the North West Office in Warrington.
