We are looking for two talented, tenacious and highly personable sales people to join the team of an award winning distributor, and probably the fastest growing supplier in their sector within the South West.

The Regional Business Development Managers have a crucial role in nurturing existing accounts along with driving growth and generating new business from high street, regional education and health and leisure sector accounts across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. You will own your territory based on your location.

The people we are looking for will be passionate about their customers and their product, highly-motivated, driven individuals with strong desire to succeed. Excellent communication skills are essential; you will be able to use your people skills to relate to others, and your powers of persuasion to consistently ensure the best possible outcome for customers and company alike.

Working with a specialist product range, you will be a self-starter, able to identify the needs of commercial customers and present advantages of relevant products to them with confidence and persuasive flair. The successful candidate will also use their skills in account management to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, ensuring that renewable orders contribute fully to sales targets.

As you will be the face of the company in your region, a warm, personable personality is vital, as is face to face sales experience.

With strong organisational and time management skills, you will be able to plan ahead and deliver in a timely and efficient manner. You will be comfortable working to activity and sales targets and reporting weekly on activities and pipelines. Working well alongside colleagues, you will be a team player who works to support all aspects of our company's business.
