We are looking for a candidate who is able to identify, promote, co-ordinate and manage the engagement of organisations that generate appropriate vacancies and candidate referrals in order to enable job outcomes and sustained employment targets to be achieved, with particular emphasis on developing new business in line with Regional Business Plan. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for establishing employer requirements and introducing and cross selling the full range of services to managed accounts.

The Regional Account Manager will be based out of Wrexham however must have the ability to travel across the North Wales area due to current or prospect employers being based in certain locations.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong Account Management / Sales Background along with being able to evidence excellent negotiation skills as will be serving existing business and sourcing new business from SMEs.

You need to demonstrate:-

Experience of achieving and exceeding targets
Extensive experience of customer relationship development.
Customer focused with a strong commitment to customer care.
Significant experience of delivering successful plans to agreed timescales
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles
Demonstrable influencing skills that promote commitment and action.
