In a nutshell this job serves as a support function to the project as a whole. The role will require you to liaise with colleagues across all departments of the Council to progress specific tasks relevant to the current stage of the project and in turn will offer you a great deal of variety. You will need to be comfortable writing reports, preparing and coordinating agendas, and be confident when presenting information. The job of project support requires a diverse range of administrative tasks to be carried out in order to boost the success of the regeneration team.
The successful candidate will be proactive, meticulous, and a keen team player who is able to work independently. The role requires you to apply a forward thinking approach to tasks. You must be very well organised, keeping track of your own diary and others, as well as having the confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders. You will share ideas and offer thoughts on how improvements can be made. Of course previous project support experience will strengthen your application.
