You will make contact and arrange for the refund to be paid.
Other duties include:
• Issuing refund letters to customers
• Follow up initial letters via phone call
• Answer customer calls and update all relevant information and details
• Mailing confirmation letters and refund cheques
You will have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to work as a team player.
This role would suit an individual who has previously worked in an office or retail environment.
This role is an initial 3 month fixed term contract
