The job itself: Processing the application of tenants going through an estate or letting agent. Contacting employers, accountants and previous landlords to ensure the tenancy is secure. Tasks include, but are not limited to, calling, emailing and faxing requests for documentation and references as well as liaising with clients to ensure that their individual requirements are met.
