Trainee Recruitment Consultants- Immediate Start
Where: London, UK
Salary: £25k + commission (£40k first year OTE, £60k second year OTE)
My client is an independently owned professional IT recruitment consultancy based in London. They specialise across the full spectrum of IT for both technical and non-technical roles. Established in 2010 they are 100% employee owned, profitable and debt free with ambitions to become a leading player in the IT recruitment sector in the UK and abroad in the next 5 years. IT Recruitment - Market Overview
My client provides customers with highly skilled IT specialists for contract and permanent roles. They combine in-depth market knowledge with a technology-led approach to find the best talent available in the market place to meet client needs.
Each Consultant specialises in key vertical markets, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise to provide a highly polished, consultative service. Services are on a contingency basis and cover areas such as: software development, testing, business intelligence, middleware, infrastructure / support / networking, project management, business analysis and senior roles such as IT Managers / Directors.
*Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies (cold & warm calling)
*Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with them
*Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
*Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
*Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
*Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
*Looking for candidates with 6-12 months B2B sales following education to university or college level.
*Ideally recent graduates, but will consider candidates with excellent A levels who have gone straight into work in a sales role.
*Must have proven successes within sales. Evidence of hitting and exceeding targets
* Looking for confident, personable, driven candidates who have proven success in sales.
*Excellent communication skills and genuine financial motivation are a must.
*Must have excellent job consistency.
