Due to our continued growth plans for 2018 we are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment & Training Consultant to work on behalf on the Chrysalis Recruitment Solutions and Andy Cain proposition, introducing recruiter recruitment and training services to recruitment businesses nationwide. This is a brand new and exciting role as we continue to grow and increase our market share utilising key USP’s as they evolve including our newly launched video software. Role:

As Recruitment & Training Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business through generating leads, sales activity, networking and meeting clients to present our services. This is a dual role whereby you will be dealing with recruiters nationwide selling recruitment and/or training services. You will work closely with the Managing Director in order to create short and long-term business sales and marketing strategies to ensure individual revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialising in recruitment and training; contacting recruiters with recruiter recruitment &/or recruitment training proposition
  • Proactively identifying and sourcing business opportunities across both businesses & maintaining a pipeline of potential clients with follow up activity
  • Research potential new clients via social media, gathering information and local data intelligence
  • Scheduling and attending face to face presentations of services to potential clients
  • Creating proposals and quotations as per client requirements and in line with standard terms of business
  • Secure new business opportunities and build long term relationships with local and national clients
  • Overcome objections and agree follow up activity
  • Ensure terms agreed and signed by clients and updated on CRM system
  • Managing the training calendar and focusing on ensuring full capacity on all designated Andy Cain courses
  • Developing and enhancing the Chrysalis Recruitment Solutions & Andy Cain brand in the marketplace ensuring the client experience is first-class
  • Update CRM with all client activity
  • Marketing activity to include email campaigns and social media
  • Networking and attending jobs fayres or exhibitions in order to build company profile and obtain local business information
  • Ability to work to KPI's in order to ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner to maximise your sales opportunities
  • Act as an ambassador of Chrysalis Recruitment Solutions and its values; welcoming and motivating new and existing colleagues, offering a professional, honest and personal service to all of our candidates and clients, and promoting our services through networking and jobs fayres

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of working in a Business Development role previously preferably within recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • An excellent telephone communicator with a confident and open style
  • Proactive attitude to sourcing leads and targeting prospects
  • A bright, go-getting person who is tenacious and resilient when faced with objections
  • Passionate about progression
  • Target driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a positive mental attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to plan and organise own workload
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually
  • GSCE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
