Recruitment Team Manager - Commercial

Are you Recruitment Team Manager or Senior Consultant looking for a new challenge?

My client is a Boutique Agency, who covers the north west of England is looking for an experienced Team Manager, to run a Commercial Team
You will be responsible for the management and supervision of all the Recruitment Consultants and Administrative staff. Experienced Senior Consultants from any sector will be considered.

Duties include:

Ensuring continued growth of the Branch by dedicated leadership and support
Overseeing and completion of weekly payroll, including the collation and checking of time sheets.
Working closely with clients to develop relationships
Develop motivational targets for the Recruitment Consultants
Setting KPI's and identifying training needs and requirements
Creating a fun and productive working environment
