Macildowie HR are currently working with a Castle Donnington based client who are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to come in and develop, support and coach their new team.
This is a really exciting role for the right candidate the office, the team and therefore the processes are all new so it really is an opportunity to make it your own.
You will lead from the front managing a team of around 10 employees in total. You will focus on their performance (KPI's and targets), well-being, moral and general day to day activities.
The aim will be to ensure the office runs to its optimum efficiency, drama is kept to an absolute minimum and candidates and clients alike are managed I a professional way.
The team will be focusing on filling high volume vacancies so ensuring they have well stocked candidate pipelines, are 'on-top' of candidate engagement and are managing the offer process accordingly is key.
You will work closely with the Head of Resourcing and Resourcing Business Partners to ensure effective resource deployment and manage the performance and priorities of the team.
To be successful in this role and application you will need to come from a recruitment background ideally having worked on high-volume positions and have managed a team of more than 5 employees. We are looking for someone who is a relationship builder, able to use your initiative and who is motivated and driven.
