Recruitment Team Leader - Engineering - Birmingham
Basic Salary c.£30-£40k + depending on Experience
+ Uncapped Commission (OTE c.£70k

This is a new growth role due to expansion and client demand with an extremely well established Engineering recruitment specialist with a strong network of blue chip clients internationally.
As team leader you will inherit a small existing team of Recruitment Consultants specialising in permanent Technical requirements across a broad range of disciplines. You will be tasked with developing their extensive client list of long standing accounts, growing revenue streams and expanding your team. There are current 200 live vacancies so business is booming and there are massive growth opportunities.

To be suitable for this role must have current experience working within a Recruitment Agency in a 360 consultant capacity. You will either be an experienced team leader, or alternatively a strong senior consultant whole feel ready to take the step into full team management.
You will have a background in perm Technical recruitment, all engineering disciplines considered.
