We are currently looking for Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Preston. As an internal recruitment team, we try and be proactive, reacting to the demands of our two sets of customers who are equally important; our hiring managers and candidates, both of which need a first class service.

Key Group is a private equity business growing in strength in the Equity Release market. You will get your teeth into recruiting a wide range of roles from sales, finance, compliance, administration, IT, up to director level positions.

If you have proven experience of working within a recruitment agency, internal recruitment or similar environment we would be pleased to hear from you.

This role includes:

  • Consulting with hiring managers and their teams across the business to support their growth
  • Sourcing the best candidates through headhunting, referrals and advertisements
  • Screening candidates to ensure they know our business and match the brief of the job description
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to our hiring process
  • Helping us build a strong employer brand that reflects our culture and reaching the right people!

This is a hybrid position, working three days in the office and two from home.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in a 360 degree recruitment role
  • Experience operating within a recruitment agency, an in-house recruitment team or HR department with a focus on resourcing
  • Quick to learn new IT systems and processes
  • Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Account management / relationship management at all levels of a business
  • Experience of working at a fast pace, timelines and deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Experience working within a regulated industry
