Purpose of the role:
The position of Recruitment Sales Consultant is to identify and develop contract/permanent client opportunities; the develop market knowledge & technical understanding within the ICT and Commercial sectors. The ability to open and develop key relationships is a prerequisite as is the requirement to manage personal targets and objectives.
- Responsible for full-cycle IT / Telecom or Commercial Delivery process
- Source, screen applicants, coordinate and conduct interviews, advise on selection and offers, extend and negotiate offers, and perform all administrative components involved in the hiring process
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers report on updated approved positions for hire
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruitment reports
- Generate referrals in order to grow the corporate database
- Generate lead information for prospective new clients
- Provide candidates with detailed information on the company, our business strategy, and job descriptions
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive and creative with recruiting practices
- Growing the company’s corporate database with both candidates and clients
- Identifying and researching clients as directed by Business Director
- Promote the T4S corporate brand image both internally and externally
Required skills / Attributes:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT / Telco or Commercial recruitment in a fast-paced and growing industry
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions; preferably in ICT or Commercial markets
- Strong communication skills - Both written and verbal
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Driven and hard working.
- Good numeracy skills.
- IT Literate - Email / Word / Excel
- Experience of Sales / Recruitment within the ICT or Commercial sectors
- Agency recruitment experience
