Recruitment/Resourcing Advisor

Your role

As a Recruitment Consultant/Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process for a given remit at South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust. You will be providing professional advice to managers and internal/external applicants. A key part of your role will be to think of innovative ways to recruit staff and this will include college/ University events, open days, careers events and fairs and will involve some travel across the Trusts area which is Surrey, Sussex & Kent. You will also be solely responsible for ensuring that your given remit has the required staffing levels by running advertising campaigns, assessment days and interviews. You will be managing a high volume of applicants at any one time and must be able to multi task across the varied requirements of this role, ensuring that you manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations.

You will be operating in a fast paced environment and be representing Employee Resourcing at meetings to provide stakeholders establishment requirements, recruitment planning, shortfalls, analyse recruitment trends, highlight issues, provide feedback and fill rates for training courses.

Your background

You may be an established Recruitment Consultant or an experienced Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator seeking your next challenge. Have a background in recruitment and resourcing and have a good understanding of employment law. This is a demanding yet rewarding opportunity as you will be dealing with high volume recruitment across the Trust. You will need to possess excellent organisation and time management skills and have excellent customer service skills via the telephone and face to face. You will be used to working to very tight deadlines and have experience of working to set KPIs. You will need to be competent in MS Office and Excel.

Selection Process
