Job Title:  Recruitment Resourcer

Job reference: COM/Resourcer

Venn Group are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support their Construction and Engineering Teams in the Manchester office.

The duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing candidates for live vacancies and pro-actively registering new candidates within our specified disciplines
  • Carrying out in-depth interviews of prospective candidates to assess their suitability for vacancies
  • Completing relevant compliance checks
  • Supporting candidates throughout interview processes to assist with securing positions for them
  • Assisting with aftercare for placed candidates to ensure contracts run smoothly

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the recruitment sector, ideally as a Resourcer

Desirable Skills/Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in construction / engineering sector
