We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to work within our offices on the outskirts of Central Reading to start as soon as possible on a permanent contract

The purpose of the role is to support our Resourcing team for a large national account. The successful applicant will be working alongside the delivery team to fill vacancies within a quick timescale where your duties will include:-
  • Working with internal colleagues to understand our clients' needs
  • Sourcing CV's and collating applications
  • Reviewing CV's and screening candidates
  • Calling all candidates and conducting telephone interviews
  • Arranging registrations, interviews and assessments 
Recruitment Resourcer – Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Skills – Essential
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and progress
  • Excellent telephone manner: tone, inflection, open questions, summarising accurately
  • Excellent communication and client relationship building skills, balanced with the ability to adapt to and handle difficult situations assertively and confidently
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Speed and accuracy balanced with a good eye for detail
  • Collaborative team working style with the ability to work well with by pro-actively offering support and willing to share best practice
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (accurate spelling, emails to clients and candidates must be concise and courteous)
  • Ability to plan ahead to meet client and candidate and team deadlines and targets
  • A good understanding of Microsoft packages, especially Excel
  • The willingness to learn and be part of a team

Knowledge
  • It is essential that you are educated to GCSE standard or similar
  • You will need to have an intermediate working knowledge of MS Word with an understanding of how to format or edit documents to a high standard of presentation
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel is desirable

Experience – It is essential that you have the following:
  • Worked in a fast-paced customer centric environment
  • A confident and proactive telephone manner
  • Experience with computer systems
  • Any recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential

In return, we offer an annual salary of £18,000, company pension scheme, holiday and a wider benefits package

Recruitment Resourcer – Additional Information
  • The role of Recruitment Resourcer is a permanent role to start in as soon as possible
  • The annual salary is £18,000
  • This is a full time role, Monday – Friday working the hours of 0800 – 1630, 0900 – 1730 and 1100 – 1930. These hours are split in the week with 1 early, 1 late and the remaining 3 days normal hours
