Recruitment is fast-paced and dynamic. Every day you'll making a lasting impact. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be generating new candidates to place with our construction clients. You’ll write adverts to display on hays.co.uk and other job boards to keep new applications and candidates coming through process. You will conduct phone and face to face screening interviews, marketing candidates to the market and updating our clients. You’ll also be responsible for checking all necessary compliance documentation, updating required information on our database and carry out regular audits.

Our South West & Wales Flagship office in Bristol is home to the largest South West Construction & Property business. With some of the UK’s best performing Construction consultants the team consists of 15 specialist experts recruiting across divisions that include Trades and Labour, Property and Surveying, Maintenance, Construction management, Building services, Social Housing, Civil & Structural and Facilities Management.
We have a fantastic team in Bristol with very strong and supportive management and a great culture. Business is booming so we're looking to grow our headcount to take advantage of strong hiring intentions across the sector.
What you'll need to succeed
There's not one typical person that we look for to join Hays Recruitment, we've got people from all kinds of backgrounds - retail, sales professionals, ex-tradespeople, telesales, call centre environments, graduates… all with an interest in Construction. However given the nature of this resourcing role you will need to demonstrate an organised approach to your work and an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
