About the role
Our recruitment team are key to enabling us to attract the right people to help deliver the best standards of accommodation, care and support. The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for providing proactive support to our Communities/Homes, Regional Recruitment Business Partners and the Head of Talent Acquisition.
You'll be responsible for assisting with the administration of recruitment process from the receiving, screening and processing incoming applications where appropriate to support our Regional Recruitment Business Partners and our Communities/Homes teams in the generation, screening and telephone interviewing of candidates
We're looking for you to build a searchable Talent Pool using a proactive approach to candidate generation to increase direct hire capability through proactively sourcing candidates using available tools e.g. LinkedIn, CV databases, ATS (applicant tracking system), as well as maintaining of accurate records and reports regarding all phases of the recruitment process, monitoring and managing use of the ATS.
