ID Medical have a fantastic opportunity for a RecruitmentResourcer to join our busy and fast paced Milton Keynes office. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, hard-working, this would suit a graduate looking to pursue a career with a leading medical rectruitment agency

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To ensure that ID Medical is a locum doctors first choice of agency, maximising all opportunities for all doctors to be placed
Adopt effective and efficient personal working practices in order to maximise time spent on high value activity
Build and develop professional relationships
Propose and provide appropriate solutions for each Doctor
To ensure total compliance to guidelines and current legislation
To maintain regular contact with doctors and to accurately record this contact on Eclipse
To develop relationships with new doctors and register them with ID Medical

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To meet monthly agreed targets / KPI’s
To negotiate offers and terms of business with Doctors to minimise costs to ID Medical
To understand and display key elements of the sales process
To ensure that all booking procedures are completed in full every time
To grow and expand your section of the database and manage your Doctors
To identify and action opportunities to acquire new Doctors through headhunting, referrals, database and conferences
To sell the benefits to potential new Doctors
To promote the registration of new or existing Doctors on the ID Medical website
To ensure all complaints are escalated and resolved in conjunction with your team manager
To ensure accurate and concise communication of the status of any Doctors you are working with to your team manager
To manage a positive presence on the desk - motivating self and others and to work together as a team with your colleagues and provide full support to your team manager
To attend meetings and training as required
To ensure that policies, procedure and reporting systems are adhered to
To review agreed objectives/action plan on a monthly basis to ensure they are reflective of evolving business requirements
Continually develop own knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements

Quantity of Doctors sourced
Quantity and Value bookings from sourced Doctors
Quantity and Quality of New Registrations
