Our client is an independent recruitment company for the construction and property industry. They provide tailored recruitment solutions across all departments including Production, Commercial, Technical, Labour and Trades as well as Land Buying, Planning and Customer Care. Our client offers a bespoke recruitment service in accordance with each client's individual needs, specialising in both temporary and permanent appointments at all levels from trainees to senior directors.

You will be providing a full range of administrative support to the recruitment team:- 

- Maintaining and updating the recruitment database through research
- To support the recruitment team in the delivery of marketing campaigns
- Assist with the production of marketing materials such as e-shots and promotional mailers
- Use social media to promote the organisation’s profile and to source candidates through
 online channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, websites
- Attracting and building relationships with candidates on the phone and face to face.
- Discussing job specifications and taking guidance for technical information, client   history etc.
- Adding new job vacancies to the CRM and track all stages of activity and progress,   adding job specifications where necessary.
- Advertising new vacancies 
- Matching candidate CVs to job specification.
- Screening candidates to check interest and availability
- Profiling and submiting short-listed candidates.
