Liga Recruitment is Recruitment Agency based in Cardiff Bay, specialising in the supply of Temporary and permanent staff to the construction sector. Due to growth within the business we require a recruitment resourcer to join the team.
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be generating new candidates to place with our construction clients. You'll write adverts to display on job boards & the website. You will conduct phone and face to face screening interviews, marketing candidates to both current & prospective clients. You'll also be responsible for checking all necessary compliance documentation, updating required information on our database and carrying out regular audits.
The successful candidate for this resourcing role will be able to demonstrate an organised approach to their work and an ability to communicate effectively with people. You will have excellent working knowledge of both Microsoft Excel & Word.
