Social care & Education have become very successful in helping a vast amount of clients within the care sector to ensure all staffing requirements are covered.

We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to join our very busy.

Daily Duties:

  • Receive calls from clients requesting staff cover then calling candidates to cover current shift/role.
  • Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
  • General administration duties such as filling in information on a CRM database.

What you need:

  • Some experience in a Recruitment role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
  • Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Work well under tight deadline expectations.

Working week:

  • Thursday - Monday
  • Sunday - Thursday

Shift times:

Day shifts 9am to 5:30pm

Late shifts 12pm to 8:30pm or 1:30pm to 10pm
