An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team based in Central London for an Experienced Resourcer to join our existing team.

The Resourcer will work on a dedicated client accounts and work closely with the Senior Consultants to source candidates, whilst applying specialist recruitment knowledge and expertise to source the best people for the client, by the most appropriate and cost-effective sources and provide an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike.

The ideal candidate will ideally have previous recruitment experience, knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques, direct sourcing capability and a passion for customer experience. Ideally you will have experience in recruiting in an IT or Professional Services environment, this however is not essential and other areas of recruitment will be considered. The Resourcer will be the main point of contact for candidates and will be responsible for all sourcing candidates across all roles within major accounts.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Managing Consultant for the accounts and they will support the wider Resourcing Team for our Client, including fellow Resourcers, Resource Business Partners and other team members.

  • Ability to source and deliver according to job briefing set by our client
  • Be able to work to strict set targets and KPIs
  • Strong Commercial awareness within a contract recruitment environment is desirable
  • Ability to work multiple roles at any one given time
