In the role you'll be working with the Principal Consultant, to identify, engage and brief elusive talent on our temporary Digital positions with some of the U.K's leading brands and agencies. You'll become an expert in the temporary Digital marketplace and the available candidates. You'll be advertising our latest vacancies and managing the response. You'll be arranging interviews and you'll be generating market information, reporting to your Principal Consultant. You'll be supported with training and development to exceed clearly defined success standards, with a view to becoming consultant in your own right over time.
Recruitment Resourcer - Manchester - Digital, Key skills:
- Some recruitment experience / knowledge of recruitment
- An interest in Digital markets
- It literate (excel, word, cloud based apps and technology)
To be successful in the role of Resourcer, you'll need to show an interest in Digital Marketing and some ambition for progression within recruitment. You'll need to demonstrate that you're able to organise yourself and manage a number of important tasks. You'll need to demonstrate that you are able to work in a methodical and process driven manner.
