Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator - Rubery, Birmingham
Our client, based in Birmingham, is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator to join their Talent Acquisition team for an initial 6 to 12 week temporary contract, to start ASAP. You would need to be available to start by 5/02/2018.
The main purpose of this role would be to support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate generation activities.
- Candidate sourcing using job boards and LinkedIn
- Engaging with and screening candidates
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Arranging interviews
- Updating recruitment databases
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience of proactive candidate generation
- Knowledge of boolean searches
- Ability to work autonomously
- Analytical skills
- Experience working to strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills
