Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator - Rubery, Birmingham

Our client, based in Birmingham, is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator to join their Talent Acquisition team for an initial 6 to 12 week temporary contract, to start ASAP. You would need to be available to start by 5/02/2018.

The main purpose of this role would be to support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate generation activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Candidate sourcing using job boards and LinkedIn
  • Engaging with and screening candidates
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Arranging interviews
  • Updating recruitment databases

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Experience of proactive candidate generation
  • Knowledge of boolean searches
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience working to strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
