Recruitment Project Manager

Prospero Teaching have an official recruitment partnership with the Department for Education. This partnership is to provide international STEM subject teachers to the UK. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you will be responsible for collaborating with all of the Prospero Teaching offices and be the main point of contact with the DfE.

The role will involve working on numerous vacancies (up to 80 at one time) and coordinating staff who are working on these. You will make weekly reports directly to the DfE including updates on: vacancies, interviews, placements, data analysis and current pipelines. You will be required to meet on a regular basis with the DfE and discuss current strategies and future plans.

Within Prospero Teaching you will be working with all the international offices, you will be responsible for managing candidate flow and overseeing the placement process from start to finish. You will liaise with the marketing team to discuss, plan and implement strategies for attracting teachers. Finally, you will also support the international team with resourcing candidates for these roles.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Experience of teaching or of being a Recruitment Consultant

- The ability to multitask and collaborate with other offices

- A can-do attitude, positive and target driven

- The ability to work to tight deadlines

- Experience of overseeing projects

- Proficiency in Word and Excel

- The ability to report directly to senior staff

- Competency in producing reports and presentations

The role would ideally suit an ex- teacher or recruiter who is looking to move into a new challenging role. This role needs someone who can organise, manage, direct and support and be willing to go the extra mile.
